Revolutionary forces will march to the Heliopolis presidential palace and Tahrir Square on Tuesday against a draft constitution that was written by an Islamist-dominated assembly.
The controversial charter is currently being put to a referendum despite outrage from opposition groups who feel it does not represent all of Egypt’s factions.
Two marches, one from Nour Mosque and the other from Rabaa al-Adaweya Mosque, will go to the president’s palace, while another two will take off from Shubra and Mohandseen to head to Tahrir.
All marches will move at 4 p.m. to express rejection to the draft constitution that Islamists argue is essential for the country to move forward towards stability and democracy.
